Service Tips

Above are pictures of brake components from vehicles with similar mileage, driven in same environmental conditions. Visually it’s easy to tell which received brake cleaning and servicing on a regular basis. Brake pads life is reduced as much as 60% in some cases. Brake performance, (stopping power) is also reduced when brake components bind from dirt and metallic debris build up. Our recommendation is to inspect, clean and properly lubricate braking components at intervals of 7500-8500 miles to insure maximum brake performance and life.

Employee Spotlight

Mike Morrill Sales Manager I’ve been in the auto industry for over 15 years and 11 of them with Honda. I am married to my wife Kathryn, with 5 children and a dog. My wife works full time as well so my life is very hectic…so I’m assuming you know my answer to “what I do during my free time?”!! Actually, I have one evening out a week for my bowling league, which I’ve enjoyed doing since I was 5 years old. During the summer I like to play golf and spend days off outside with my kids. I love spending time with my family when I get the chance, whether its watching movies, going out to dinner, going to the Rochester Museum of Play or to the Seneca Park Zoo. I like to watch TV (after kids go to bed, of course, makes me a night owl) and I’m a big Yankees and Bills fan. I’m very grateful to be a part of the Ralph team and happy to be back with Honda after a 2 year hiatus. I spent 2 years as a Finance Manager with another manufacturer. It did help me learn the ropes of the F&I office which only makes me a better Sales Manager and to help understand the customer’s needs with regards to the money-side of the car deal. I owe everything to Steven and Zac Ralph for giving me this opportunity with the Ralph Family and will do my very best to help grow this company into its full potential in the years ahead!
