Join Ralph Honda and help support the Greece Ecumenical Food Shelf!! Any customer who gives a food or monetary donation in the month of June will receive a $5.00 off coupon for service!

Items on the Wish List: Canned Meats (beef stew, canned chicken, ham, spam, etc.), Canned Fruits, Hot Cereals, Baked Beans, All non-perishable items welcome. Items provided to families also include: Bar Soap, Toothpaste, Dish Soap, Toilet Paper. Monetary donations are used to provide: milk, bread, eggs, margarine and fresh meat!

In addition to our Food Drive for the Greece Ecumenical Food Shelf, Ralph Team members participated in moving shelving/food to help them utilize their space more efficiently!! We were happy to lend support to a wonderful group who supports our local community!! The hot, damp confines of your vehicle’s air conditioning system could be a breeding ground for bacteria and fungi. The musty odor emitted from your ventilation system may cause more than an inconvenience. Prolonged exposure can cause some to develop allergy symptoms such as difficulty breathing, sneezing or a running nose.

We have started the next phase of our remodel. When you come in for service, you will now enter through the 2nd garage door on the right where you will find our team ready to greet you!! We have a temporary waiting area or we will be happy to give you a shuttle ride home and pick you up when your vehicle is ready!! Once this part of the renovation is complete our new more spacious waiting area will be complete!! Thank you for your patience as we continue with our expansion to better serve you.

Blueberry Crumb Bars. What You Need: 1 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 3 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup shortening, 1 egg, 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional), 1 pinch cinnamon (optional), 4 cups fresh blueberries, 3 teaspoons cornstarch. Make It: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9×13 inch pan. In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup sugar, 3 cups flour and baking powder. Mix in salt and cinnamon if desired. Use a fork to blend the shortening and egg. Dough will be crumbly. Pat half of dough into prepared pan. In another bowl, stir together 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch. Gently mix in the blueberries. Sprinkle the blueberry mix evenly over crust. Crumble remaining dough over the berry layer. Bake for 45 minutes, or until top is slightly brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
