Multi-Point Inspection
Regular maintenance is essential to obtaining the highest level of performance, safety and reliability from your vehicle. Ralph Honda’s Certified Technicians will perform a visual inspection and thorough tests on your vehicle’s critical systems completely free of charge! It’s a great way for you to know where your vehicle is at and allows you to be pro-active.
Our technicians will go through a detailed checklist to ensure that your vehicle is functioning properly. Your service advisor will provide you with the MPI form indicating the condition of each component inspected. Each item’s condition is indicated by a check mark in a green, yellow or red box.
Interior & Exterior
Your vehicle’s wiper blades, exterior lights and signals, horn, emergency brake, and cabin air filters are all inspected.
Tire Condition
To ensure a smooth and safe ride, all tires are checked for correct pressure, tread depth, and damage.
Brake Condition
Your vehicle’s front and rear brake pads, rotors, hoses, and calipers are inspected for wear.
Advanced Technology
Inspect and verify all equipped vehicle advanced technology and safety systems are working properly including: all system warning lights, rearview and sideview cameras (if applicable), Honda Sensing Suite – Collision Mitigation Braking System (CBMS), Road Departure Mitigation System (RDM), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS), Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR), Honda LaneWatch, Blind Spot Information System, Cross Traffic Monitor, and Auto High-Beam Headlights.
Battery
Utilizing intelligent and advanced diagnostic and charging equipment, perform a state-of-health analysis to verify battery health and identify a battery nearing the end of its useful life.
Under the Hood
A thorough inspection of your vehicle’s vital engine components including fluid levels, engine air filter, drive belts, water and air conditioning hoses, and a battery test will be performed.
Under the Vehicle
Our technicians will check your vehicle’s shock absorbers and suspension, steering components, exhaust system, drive shaft, and fuel lines. Technicians will look for any leaks coming from the transmission, differential, transfer case and engine.
